CNN — A federal judge on Friday found that the Department of Homeland Security has been making arrests in Los Angeles immigration raids without probable cause and ordered the department to stop detaining individuals based solely on race, spoken language or occupation.

Without probable cause
Yep he has his I R A judge badge on.
Not that it matters, but Judge Frimpong is a she.
LOL! I actually did laugh at this. Thank you for the chuckle. You just invented reasonable suspicion because someone is present at a location where an illegal is present. Wow. You just want to shred the Constitution, huh? I sincerely hope you are drunk.
So they "investigate a little." LOL! I love that line.
The truth is, being present in the same facility as a known illegal criminal immigrant does NOT constitute reasonable suspicion. Anyone else there is free to not answer questions and simply walk away from law enforcement.
You are truly un-American if you believe what you've written. And I would gladly type out STFU but I respect some of the rules around here.
Reasonable suspicion can mean detaining someone, but you cannot invent reasonable suspicion. Which is what you are trying to do.
F@$@#$ YOu! SCOTUS gave the go-ahead and told all you arsehole judges to quit with the injunctions.
Worried about legal issues, nonetheless? Then, declare martial law on Southern CaCaLand. Put it under total control of the Feds. Want even the commie trash to support you ? Step in and hand out re-building permits on houses in PacficPalisades, etc.
By the end of summer southern CaCaLand will be liveable again.
Response from Bill Essayli, United States Attorney for the Central District of California:
"We strongly disagree with the allegations in the lawsuit and maintain that our agents have never detained individuals without proper legal justification. Our federal agents will continue to enforce the law and abide by the U.S. Constitution."
Best practice for these innocent Americans is to stop hanging out with illegals.
Because you might get caught up in the declared invasion net for no fault of your own except that you like to hang around with invaders.

Once the crowd starts attacking ICE, they are free to start arresting others in the crowd. The probable cause to arrest was the riot itself. Once others are arrested, ICE is free to investigate their immigration status.
This is how ICE can get around the judge's ruling. Wait for the crowd to get violent, and then make additional arrests. Maybe this will stop the crowds from rioting, if they believe that their own actions are freeing ICE from the judge's ruling.

Saying the word "Immigración" doesn't invent anything, Counselor.
They are illegal aliens. Probable cause complete, commie.
Who is the Judge? (I refuse to support CNN by clicking the link to its website.)
I did watch my local Los Angeles TV news last night...ACLU submitted some video clip as part of the legal filing...It was some ICE operation in Montebello, CA...It showed some ICE agents interrogating some Hispanic guy...The story was that he owned some business nearby and came out to see what is going on...No, he was not an illegal alien...That clip might influenced this federal judge...
I do not think that this federal judge is stopping ICE from arresting illegal aliens with warrants...It would be really silly if ICE were not allowed to arrest anyone even with a warrant...
Let's how this case works out...I am sure that Justice Department will be appealing...
I wonder if waving a Mexican flag or throwing rocks at ICE agents would qualify?
When they start to run is that probable cause?
Yep, even inspector Clouseau would figure that one out.
who says they’re not already doing that?
So what? Deport them all.
Still questionable then if a judge would.
Judgy-wudgy blinding justice.
It’s the insanity and leftist brain death that is the source of this stupidity.
If this continues we will be living in a violent anarchy. And it won’t be any fun at all.
