The Left has no ground to stand on for ridiculing President Donald Trump’s strike against Iran’s nuclear facilities.
President Obama Barack did not seek formal congressional authority to bomb Libya in 2011, nor in January 2017, when he ordered B-2 bombers to strike ISIS targets inside the country, one of his last acts as President.
President Trump has seemingly quelled the concerned of many on the MAGA Right, making certain that last Saturday’s strike was a ‘designated, finite’ act, and not a pre-requisite for a protracted ground invasion, argues Victor Davis Hanson on today’s edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.”

What is so stupid is that whenever a Democrat does it, Democrats are fine with it, and whenever a Republican does it, Republicans are fine with it.

Trump could cure cancer and they’d impeach him for violating FDA regulations.
Tucker, Massie, MTG, DNC, CNN and Iran all agree with each other and parrot the same talking points.

The military strikes VDH refers to for support were all initiated under the Authorization to Use Military Force passed by Congress in 2001. That authorization should have been repealed at least a decade ago, and Congress should always be on board when our nation goes to war.
as usual VDH makes sense.

lol, no kidding. in someways he’s very predictable. he does what he says he’s going to do, no matter how audacious. we haven’t had a president like that since RR. but, i know what VDH means. he’s too ‘unpredictable’ vis-a-vis the average uniparty American president. so basically China and Russia will wait for a different President.

Trump’s doing something renders that act prima facie illegal. All those judges are trying to put a stop to those illegal things. No one has sued yet over DJT’s patently illegal use of air and food but is surely coming soon.
If hypocrisy were an Olympic sport the Democrats would have racked up more gold medals than Biles in a shorter time. All illegal aliens all need due process, American citizens targeted for death by Obama, not so much. Democrats can bomb the hell out of other countries, execute regime change, no problem. Criminals are bad accept when fighting federal law enforcement.
