President Donald Trump issued a message Thursday that Iran has “within the next two weeks” to negotiate with the United States.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt read a statement from Trump on Iran at the top of the press briefing a day after he said he “may” or “may not” order a strike on nuclear sit“Regarding the situation in Iran, I know there has been a lot of speculation amongst all of you in the media regarding the president’s decision-making and whether or not the United States will be directly involved,” she said.
“In light of that news, I have a message directly from the President … ‘Based on the fact that there’s a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran in the near future, I will make my decision whether or not to go within the next two weeks,” she said.
Correspondence between the United States and Iran has continued, according to Leavitt, and any deal would be centered on no uranium enrichment and Iran not being able to produce a nuclear weapon.es in Iran.

Won’t be two weeks. Tonight or tomorrow night.
Trump is never going to deploy the B2’s. Not gonna happen.
I don’t understand the two week extension.
Yesterday he demanded unconditional surrender. Now he willing to negotiate another two weeks.
You don’t need to negotiate unconditional surrender: just do it!
That said, I hope fussing around another two weeks does some good.
Agree.
It’s already out of control.
Iran has called for the immediate evacuation of Israel’s Dimona nuclear facility, with the IRGC warning that the site could be targeted in a potential strike. The statement urges all personnel to leave the area without delay.

Israel has reportedly carried out a drone strike on Iran’s Arak heavy water reactor, according to Iranian sources.
Footage circulated by Israeli media appears to show the moment of impact, filmed from a distance by operatives on the ground.

Correct, there’s no need.
I would think Israel wants to bring this to closure very quickly. This operation has to be straining Israeli military, particularly after the last few years dealing with Hamas and Hezbollah.
I have heard nothing about any Israeli military losses thus far. Is that the case? Amazing if it is.
I’m sure President Trump understands that he didn’t endure the lawfare disgrace of the last several years, and miraculously survive an assassin’s bullet in Pennsylvania last July, only to be remembered in the annals of U.S. history as George W. Trump.
WITHIN 2 WEEKS-—COULD BE TOMORROW
Agree.
WITHIN is the key word here..and as far as the bunker bomb, Trump has been hearing different things about it, some say it might not work at all(I guess you need two bombs, one to create the hole and the other to finish it off) secondly, there is also fear it could be shot down by an Iranian missile..also, this particular bomb has never been used before, who knows if it would even work..then you have the issue of lets say Fordow were destroyed, how much radiation and uranium would be released into the air would be like Chernobyl..so Trump has a lot to think about, honestly I have no idea what I would do its a tough decision
“It’s already out of control.
Iran has called for the immediate evacuation of Israel’s Dimona nuclear facility . . “
If Iran could actually hit Dimona, it would have done so already. In fact, Iran claimed it HIT the reactor on April 2024, which was, of course, a lie.
This war will be a steady pounding of Iran until they either unconditionally surrender or their military and economy are no more.
You can find any info you like about losses on both sides. Just keep looking and anyone will find a report they like.
Weren’t we scheduled to negotiate with them last Saturday?
The longer the delay, the more missiles that hit Israel.
Sunday I believe
So, giving the mullahs two more weeks to finish building their bombs and ICBM’s.
I very much respect President Trump but these repeated delays are very dangerous imho. And totally uncallled for, unjustified, and futile. I fear he’s getting some really bad advice from the Nazis still embedded in the Snake Dept

"In the context of war, perfidy is a form of deceptive tactic where one side pretends to act in good faith, such as signaling a truce (e.g., raising a white flag), but does so with the deliberate intention of breaking that promise.
The goal is to trick the enemy into lowering their guard, such as stepping out of cover to accept a supposed surrender, only to exploit their vulnerability.
Perfidy constitutes a breach of the laws of war and so is a war crime". wiki
Time to set up for the next step.
Makes perfect sense to me.
A negotiated surrender is the best outcome.
Hope for the best, plan for the worst. (Reacher)
