The Gen Z gender pay gap has reversed with young women earning more than young men – so what’s up with boys?

Mark Brooks has a history of being politely ignored. “Ten years ago, there wasn’t really any recognition that men and boys had problems,” he says. “Now the environment has changed.” That change was signalled earlier this month by health secretary Wes Streeting, who declared there is a “crisis in masculinity”. “Society has been slow to wake up to the fact that a lot of men and boys are really struggling today,” he said. “The truth is it can be quite tough to be a young man in today’s society.”

Streeting was speaking at the launch of The Centre for Policy Research on Men and Boys (CPRMB), a new organisation that seeks to produce actionable policies to tackle a decline in men’s health, employability and life expectancy that has crept up on the political class. Brooks – their policy adviser and a lifetime campaigner in the field of men’s health – has overseen the release of the CPRMB’s first report. Missing Men outlines the challenges facing men and boys, and comes hot on the heels of another report by the Centre for Social Justice (CSJ) – Lost Boys – which paints an equally stark picture of male outcomes.

Over the last year, politicians have grappled with the changing status of men. A group of Labour MPs has formed to brainstorm ways to appeal to boys amid rising support for Reform among Gen Z males. In November, Streeting commissioned the first ever men’s health strategy, observing that the number one killer of men under 50 is suicide – “a fact so shocking that I nearly fell off my chair,” he said (although one that has been true for men aged 20 to 34 since 2001).

The most masculine guy I know in his 20s. I mean with the most skilled job for a man talks with a lisp

No muscles in his thighs

Always going to stay with his parents on weekends

If I were to cast a movie it would be a challenge

Is it plastics? Birth control pharmaceuticals in the water supply? Overbearing mothers? Idiot narcissistic fathers
Porn?

I’m glad that’s settled.

Now we can expect that no politician will ever whine about a “gender pay gap” again. Right?

Which was total BS from the get go.

This is why recreational activities are popular. DEI assures young white men cannot take a place in society, so they quit trying.

We live in a feminized, homosexual, woke nanny state

For young men, there’s no apparent need for manly action or virtues

“For young men, there’s no apparent need for manly action or virtues”

Their fathers get away with a lot of crap

Also- I see pajama boys in the stores and at coffee shops shops. Their girlfriends are doing all the talking and all the paying

The girls are on the pill so their hormones are messed up. First thing that happens at college is girls get put on the pill at the infirmary

Their bodies think they’re pregnant. The boys they hand around with- not about to be fathers- have to be docile, maternal. Wimpy, patient with the maniacal girl. That’s what pregnant women need and are attracted to

There are no pheromones so the attraction is more something the guy is told he likes.

What’s up with boys?

They have been emasculated by the feminazis and are content to think they are not to compete with womyn for fear of being called sexist.

Easier to stay home on the couch drawing government hand outs.

These feminist women deliberately created the crisis in men and boys across decades, in families, schooling, and work....

And now they ask whats wrong with men/boys, like its their fault.

God, typical women.

The pay gap is a 100% myth.

Men work longer hours.

Men work harder jobs women choose not to work in and get paid commensurately.

Men volunteer for overtime more than women do.

Men take less sick time/personal days and unpaid leave than women do.

Men do not take years off of the career and are severely frowned on for doing so, unlike women, so they are around working and get more promotions.

It is 100% explainable why men on average earn more than women and it has zero to do with sexism. Its completely explainable with logic. Women refuse to see the logic because feelz.

Thats because we have created a feminist centric society where starting at the the cradle, are rewarded and boys held back. Women in BS DEI or some other soft job get hired and promoted, while men are held back as adults. Only when the company bottom line or law is involved is this corrected.

They will be sorry when they are 65 and have nothing to show. They need to leave the parents basement, put down the game controls and stop letting obstacles get in their way. My three sons (27, 26, and 24) are out of the house. They all picked different paths but at least they are self sufficient. My daughter is 17 so she’s got a year. College, military, trade school or job. No excuses.

To paraphrase the late, great Mr. Kevin R. Samuels:

Women control access to sex, and they decide who gets to convey his genes into the next generation.

(In other words, women decide whose evolutionary line, extending back to Precambrian times, now finally goes extinct. Quite a power, no?)

Men control access to commitment / committed relationships - until the woman decides to opt out, take the kids and half the accumulated resources.

(The key word here is "access." "Access" doesn't necessarily mean that you get to keep it.)

Men have been displaced by "Father State."

Politicians holding the men’s heads in the cesspool underwater and then being surprised gthat the men are not flourishing like ghe “strong, empowered” women who have been spoon fed, supported, nurtured, coddled, mentored, preferentially hired, held up as examples, and favored in all areas, yet without accountability, since the 1970s.

Even in the 23rd century!

Roddenberry got it right:

Who Mourns For Adonais?

[Bridge] CAROLYN: Here's the report on Pollux Five, Captain. This entire system has been almost the same. A strange lack of intelligent life on the planets. It bucks the percentages.

KIRK: Bucks the? Well, carry out the standard procedures on Pollux Four.

CAROLYN: Aye, sir.

MCCOY: Lieutenant, you look a bit tired this morning.

CAROLYN: Well, I was up all night working on this report, sir.

SCOTT: Well in that case, there's nothing like a wee bit of coffee to get you back in shape. Join me, Carolyn?

CAROLYN: All right, Scotty. Just let me give this to Mister Spock.

KIRK: Bones, could you get that excited over a cup of coffee?

MCCOY: Even from here I can tell his pulse rate's up.

SCOTT: Gentlemen. Come along, my dear.

MCCOY: I'm not sure I like that, Jim.

KIRK: Why, Bones? Scotty's a good man.

MCCOY: And he thinks he's the right man for her, but I'm not sure she thinks he's the right man. On the other hand, she's a woman. All woman. One day she'll find the right man and off she'll go, out of the service.

KIRK: I like to think of it not so much losing an officer as gaining-

SCOTT: Come along.

(He and Carolyn enter the turbolift.)

KIRK: Actually, I'm losing an officer.

About half the dentistas in Tijuana are female.

I’ve been pleased with the quality of my dental work.

For fifty years the only people it was legal to discriminate against in the United States were straight, white males, and discrimination against them was required by law.

Those chickens have come home to roost.
