Supreme Court Rules Unanimously for Conservative Values in Three Cases
Twitchy ^ | June 05, 2025 | Aaron Walker

This morning the Supreme Court gave conservatives (and other sensible Americans) three victories and the truly remarkable element is that these decisions were unanimous.

...

they said that civil rights law protects straight people from discrimination, that the First Amendment protects Catholic Charities’ religious freedom and that Federal law protects a gun manufacturer from anti-Second-Amendment lawfare.

Although I highly doubt it, it would actually be kind of nice to find out that behind-the-scenes pressure and blackmail have finally been applied on the Liberals on the bench (looking at you Roberts) to force them to come to unanimous commonsense decisions.

SCOTUS is 100% a political body now. Notice they are allowing deportations to be blocked which is the key to Uniparty/Washington winning elections.

The Supreme Court has unanimously ruled in favor of a straight Ohio woman who wanted to bring an employment discrimination claim against the state, alleging she was passed over for a job on the basis of her heterosexual orientation.
Marlean Ames, alleges her employer, the Ohio Department of Youth Services, denied her a promotion and later demoted her, in both cases selecting gay candidates instead who were less qualified. Her supervisor at the time was also gay.
Ames had worked for the Department for more than 15 years and received sterling performance reviews.
The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex and sexual orientation. https:// abcnews.visitlink.me/iCL7k5

Looks like they take the opportunity to aware easy and obvious cases to the conservatives, while sitting silent and allowing the rogue judges to undermine the president.

Right. This allows the media to say “The Trump appointed Right Leaning Supreme Court” every time they stab America in the back...

“””hat the First Amendment protects Catholic Charities’ religious freedom”””

I know nothing about this case.

But we must keep in mind that Catholic Charities gets a huge portion of its money from the Federal Government and used/uses that money to assist the illegal invasion into the USA.

So what was this case about?

You have an interesting comment. I too wonder just how these three, in particular the 2A one, could be unanimous.

There’s got to be something going on behind the scenes.

Notice they are allowing deportations to be blocked which is the key to Uniparty/Washington winning elections.

In the Big Beautiful Bill, Voter ID is required for all Federal Elections.

I voted for this!

Coming soon.....

Local Judge in San Francisco overrules the supreme court overturning their decision

Hey why not since judges apparently have more power than the POTUS today.

All good, but when does Roberts get the lower court judges under control and stop them from usurping the Executive branch? That is the critical question of the day.

I dunno. I think the right case needs a decision on nationwide injunctions from the whole court to really settle it.

Roberts is a clever dude. If there is way to avoid revolution without fixing the major sources of injustice that are stoking revolutionary ferver he will find it. It’s a limited hangout. Give the peasants some cake and shut them up.
