In a controversial ruling yesterday, Judge Timothy Reif of the U.S. Court of International Trade (USCIT) was one of the three judges on a panel who struck down tariffs imposed by the Trump administration, igniting a firestorm of criticism over judicial overreach.
However, the most damning aspect of the ruling went completely unnoticed by the media. Loomered Strategies @LoomeredStrat has exclusively uncovered evidence of judicial corruption and conflicts of interest that benefit the spouse of Judge Reif.
The decision, which slashes costs for imported goods, directly benefits the financial empire tied to Reif’s wife, Desiree Green, a high-ranking executive at Prudential Financial, Inc., raising serious questions about the impartiality of the judiciary.
Green, who serves as Vice President of International Affairs at Prudential and a director at AFP Habitat @afphabitat —a Chile-based pension fund in which Prudential holds a 40% stake—wields significant influence over global trade policies. Her advocacy for open markets aligns seamlessly with Reif’s ruling, which serves her corporate interests while padding the couple’s financial portfolio. @Prudential , a powerhouse in insurance and investment, relies on stable trade conditions to bolster its international operations, including its substantial stake in AFP Habitat, which manages pensions for nearly 2 million clients across Chile, Peru, and Colombia.

Laura can find this out and none of Trump’s well paid lawyers could? Or, maybe they just haven’t gone public with this info yet.
Boasberg’s nepotism corruption was worse.
The matter is sitting on Bondi’s desk and she’ll be on Fox tonight talking about it. /sarc
Beryl Howell’s is worse than Boasberg’s.
Check out her husband’s ties to NPR and NatGeo/Disney.
Most of the people here figured she’d be at best ineffective
Tariff power is in the Commerce Department.
The Commerce Department is in the Executive Branch.
The responsibility to tariff or not tariff is ultimately falls to the President.
bookmark.
There is a 1977 law that Trump has been relying on. However, in the last hour the stay was put on hold by an appeals court.
The lower courts have been ignoring the Supreme Court and theyhave allowed all these monor judges to greatly exceed their purpose. The Supreme Court is making our jusdicial system look less ke out of control Lawfare clowna tion.
All these judges are corrupt as hell, only doing what is best for them, good thing the other court already overruled the original decision and the tariffs are back on
Loomer is a conduit. Trump’s people found out and leaked it to her. She’s made plenty of bones in the past on her own, but she gets the 100% of the scoops herself. She has a lot of folks feeding her info. No one really fights her because she’s a take no prisoner type woman. She’s awesome!!!
Are you all as shocked as I am?!?!?

I’m liking loomer more and more...
Maybe that’s what is going on. Laura is officially an outsider, and can claim impartially.

Having a spouse, child or family member benefitting financially from these crooked judges rulings seems to turn up in just about every injunction these days.
Let’s start getting these corrupt judges taken off the bench and made an example of.
Or maybe they were told to stand down by “Them..”
Don’t forget when she showed up with a bunch of illegals at pelosi’s gate saying they were welcome there.
Do you notice how most of the time the spouse does not share the same last name?
EC
Very clever
Did you notice how many of these judges were born overseas?
