HOwdy, luvie.

I hope it didn’t get too miserably hot there today.

We had a nice day for a change but rain is expected again tomorrow. At least there won’t be severe weather this time.

Hey there, radu!

It got up to 95, but with the low humidity saved us from being too miserable when getting out to go to class.

Glad you had a nice day without the stress of wondering where the next bad storm was coming from. I hope the rain you get is CALM! :)

Oof! It would have been nice if your cool-down would have lasted longer.
We have 70s for the next week, at least. Lows tomorrow night could dip into the upper 40s. THAT’S a little cooler than I like.

Nothing but rain coming through tomorrow. My hope is that we’ll somehow miss out because I reeeeeeeally need to mow. Rain each day through the weekend and the grass won’t dry out enough. Even with the sun and 20+ mph winds today, my feet got wet when I walked across the yard late this afternoon. *sigh*

I’ll bet you can hear your grass growing. LOL! You’re gonna wear Champ out fast at this rate.

Next week, we’ll have 80s...which are like your 70s. But till Tuesday, it’s all 90s and mostly high 90s. They’ve backed off the 100 for Saturday. All the way back to 98. L🤣L!

I can just about look out the window and watch it grow. LOL It’s really thick in a lot of areas too. I’ll have to go real slow - once things dry out enough - so it’ll take forever.

Next week sounds nice for both of us on the temps. You just have to get through the weekend.

In order to do that, I’ll just continue to think of it getting better soon. What else can I do except go nuts. LOL! The kitties are going to hate this heat coming up.

Going slow is going to be agony on your back. Better get that heating pad all ready to relieve the pain. If that’s even possible.

Yep, that’s all you CAN do - - wait it out. I feel sorry for the kitties. At least it’s a short stretch of heat this time.

I’ve figured out exactly how to situate the back brace now and my back’s been holding up fairly well this year. Achy but bearable. I just don’t look forward to it taking longer to knock it out than it already does.
