It’s just a stutter. This is right wing misinformation.
This is no surprise in an 82 y/o male. Usually at that age the cancer will be slow growing and watchful waiting would be appropriate. If course, there is a great deal of “sympathy factor” involved here to take the spotlight off of biden’s crimes and malfeasance so they would announce the worst case scenario even if it is untrue. Joe’s never lied about anything before, right?
Stopping there and that’s quite a statement:
