The 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day was celebrated Thursday across the Continent and in the UK, with thousands of people pausing to remember the fight for freedom in World War II and all that entailed.
They remembered that Hitler’s Nazi Germany had finally been crushed after a half-decade of invading other European powers and delivering genocide, the Holocaust, mass hatred and the murder of millions of innocents.
They saluted the fallen and applauded the brave, happy to solemnly acknowledge how the world was pulled back from the precipice of disaster driven by German Nazism.

Too bad the Europeans didn’t learn the lesson of Nazi Germany. Today Germany essentially rules Europe through the EU.
Germany isn’t ruling anything while the continent is getting invaded by foreign jackals. The capitulators in power are the only ones getting obeyed.
I wonder what Churchill would say about the UK’s current policy of jailing subjects for political speech. We already know what he would think about the importation of muslims who hate the West.
Fight to the death against Germans, go through a cold war against Soviet communism and then turn Europe over to Muslims and EU commissioners.
