I just saw this on Citizen Free Press. It's from April 15th. Nevertheless, I disagree with him about letting the third world females stay for one year.

How about we institute some strict rules concerning those third world females? For instance, they would have to be at least 18 years of age. And as long as we're dealing with the issue of age, we should probably have a cutoff, say about 28.
Of course the biggest concern would be the possibility of allowing criminals to stay, so we'd have to have some kind of system for judging, perhaps to a Guilty/Not Guilty standard, and for that we would need an impartial judge.
