A veteran Wisconsin judge was arrested Friday for allegedly helping a Mexican illegal migrant evade ICE agents in her courthouse, the FBI said.
Judge Hannah Dugan, who has been on the Milwaukee County bench for nearly a decade, was nabbed on an obstruction charge after she was accused of interfering in Eduardo Flores Ruiz’s arrest last week.
“We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest,” FBI director Kash Patel said in an X post.
“Thankfully our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public.”
Patel later deleted the X post announcing Dugan’s arrest, for reasons that were not immediately clear.”

What’s the best way to hunt roaches? By walking into the room and turning on the light, trying to smash the little buggers as they scatter? You might get three or four. How about sneaking in, leaving the light off, and snatching them by the dozens with the others being none the wiser.
We don’t want the helpers to think twice and shut down for four years only to return at a later date. We want them not thinking at all, just doing, until the feebs can build a strong case and drop the hammer on them.
Excellent. It seems like ICE has the judge dead to rights. The ‘court officials’ will witness the judge knew ICE was waiting outside. They asked ICE to wait outside, perhaps the judge herself. The ICE officials will corroborate this testimony. They’ll have witnesses as to them chasing the illegal down the street. All they need at that point is one of the ‘court officials’ to admit the judge showed the illegal the back door. If everyone clams up, charge them all with obstruction, starting with the illegal’s attorney.
I’d be surprised if the judge doesn’t admit the crime. I note her attorney protests, but doesn’t contest the elements of the charge. This has the ear-marks of a homerun political winner for the Trump Administration.
