A veteran Wisconsin judge was arrested Friday for allegedly helping a Mexican illegal migrant evade ICE agents in her courthouse, the FBI said.
Judge Hannah Dugan, who has been on the Milwaukee County bench for nearly a decade, was nabbed on an obstruction charge after she was accused of interfering in Eduardo Flores Ruiz’s arrest last week.
“We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest,” FBI director Kash Patel said in an X post.
“Thankfully our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public.”
Patel later deleted the X post announcing Dugan’s arrest, for reasons that were not immediately clear.”

Finally, accountability.
I don’t think things like that should be aired out until after a trial is set. It’s only a matter of time before the press takes this nationwide and spins it as a negative and other activist judges get involved. Just do the job. Word will get out when and where it needs too.

A law enforcement person is going to get killed in one of these situations. Instead of a controlled turnover of the criminal, they’re letting them loose and creating a danger to the criminal and law enforcement plus it may take several LEOs to get control of the individual vs 1-2 if its a controlled environment and tying up law enforcement officers. I’ll guarantee you this judge makes sure she has an armed LEO in her courtroom before she sits on the bench.
Time to face facts. Judges who break the law to protect law-breakers need to be removed from the bench, disbarred, and subject to punishment according to the law.
Enough is enough.
Strange. Illegal ran away but was apprehended right away a week ago. It sounds like he spilled the beans on Her Honor's role, so she's in trouble, too.
Unless, something changed.
