Merwil Gutiérrez, 19, was deported to El Salvador despite his family’s claims that he has no criminal record or gang affiliation
19-year-old Merwil Gutiérrez was among the hundreds of Venezuelans deported to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
While Gutiérrez was being detained, ICE agents allegedly indicated that he wasn’t their intended target but were told to “take him anyway.”
Gutiérrez was seeking asylum in the U.S. and had an immigration court date scheduled for 2027.
Despite allegedly admitting that 19-year-old Merwil Gutiérrez was not their intended target, ICE agents in New York City decided to “take him anyway.”

That’s what Holman warned about. Since they didn’t cooperate with ICE the have the obligation to take any illegal they come across while looking for the criminals. If the state or city cooperates with ICE they get them in jail, if the don’t ICE has to go into the community to find them. They can’t ignore someone here illegally.

Per the UN rules for asylum, the only countries from which people are supposed to ask for asylum are Mexico and Canada. Has to be nearest county with adjoining borders. For some reason, they always ignore that. Guess they don’t like Mexico and Canada as much as the US.
This is what the RAT junior judges are after now. They want every illegal to receive a dew bath 8 or 9 years down the road and each have 3 or 4 little gringo bambeanies when and if they show up for their court date.
