As I recall SCOTUS said he can deport as long as some due process exists. The judge seems likely to be making an order in contradiction to the SCOTUS.

“Due process” is not a precise term. It means, basically, “notice of charges and opportunity to be heard.” At some point, I could see the administration sending everyone to Gitmo and providing military tribunals, ala the 9-11 terrorists.
No, we are seeing what foreign born judges can do to a country. We need to pass a law forbidding any foreign born person from being a federal judge.

No, because SCOTUS ruled that Boasberg in the DC Circuit lacked jurisdiction, and that the district where the plaintiffs are being held have jurisdiction. This judge is in one of those districts.
Yes, because SCOTUS ruled that the President CAN invoke the Alien Enemies Act, but that the detainees are entitled to a hearing to determine that they were actually a member of the class of "Alien Enemy" as per the Presidential proclamation. The judge cannot bar the President from invoking the act, but he can force the detainees to have hearings before him to confirm their status as alien enemies.
