This is a crucial decision by the Chief Justice.
Activist judges are lawlessly and dangerously sabotaging the President’s core Article II powers, including his duty to conduct our foreign affairs.
This order correctly slaps down these judicial saboteurs.
That’ll show em’. Will the left really go to the mat for this dirt bag like they did for George Floyd?
“Indefinitely” is an adverb. It modifies “blocked.” To me it implies that at some point, the order won’t be blocked. Do I have that right?
Hopefully this is a strong sign of things to come regarding these activist judges.
I was really worried about Roberts on this.
A lot of evidence he’s in league with the likes of Boasberg
Glad he made the right call
It was all fun and games up until the article 2 fight started looming closer.
And Roberts doesn’t want that fight.
Is that the father of the year from Maryland?
Is that the father of the year from Maryland?
It’s blacked until SCOTUS makes a decision on it.
That district judge’s play acting is over.
Wonders never cease.
I imagine that conservative judges in the entire judiciary were awaiting such.
Supreme Court needs to wreck the districts once and for all.
Feel good threads of the day!
This is basically a stay until the opposing lawyers present it to the appropriate court.
Finally a reasonable move by Roberts.
Congress needs to make more noise about reorganizing the federal courts, even if its destined to fail, Roberts does not want the courts dragged into political fights like this. I’m also sure he’s getting pressure from guys like Alito and Thomas about these lower courts going off the reservation.
ms13 gang member
AMF!
Yes.
Is the guy ms13 or not?
So has Roberts has some sort of epiphany?
