Ford Motor Company on Wednesday announced its “handshake deal for America,” offering every American employee pricing on most of their automobiles.
“In times like these, talk is cheap. At Ford, we believe in action. For 121 years, we’ve put our money where our mouth is, assembling vehicles that Americans rely on and supporting American jobs. Today, I’m proud to announce a new U.S. initiative that’s more than just a promotion – it’s a handshake deal with every American,” Rob Kaffl, the general manager for marketing, sales, and service at Ford, announced. “We call it Ford Motor Company: From America, For America, and it means that starting April 3, we’ll offer employee pricing to everyone. Consumers will pay what we pay.”
Ford plans to offer the employee pricing to every American through June 2, offerings savings of thousands of dollars per vehicle.

Sounds good until you realize you are buying a Ford.
Sounds like just another way for sleazy dealerships to once again get over on potential buyers.
I hate car salesman like poison.
Or as I refer to them, people that can’t get a real job.
That was a great car, father swore by them.
Very comfy
Smart, given the tariff situation. Their prices are now more competitive. And they need to move product.
We drive a 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis. It’s been a very good car for us, but I still miss our Buick LeSabre.
‘79 Ford Fairmont
Never again.
No kidding.
I’ve had 2 Fords and the transmissions went out on both.
Ford is nothing but rolling piles of junk.
Never again.
My 2012 Toyota Highlander never gives me any issues.
😂. No kidding. The last Ford I had was an F110 pickup that threw a rod 7 mos after we bought it. Then we had a rebuilt engine put in and a few months later we ended up with a cracked block. We pushed it into a jeep dealership and they actually gave us a trade in allowance on a new Jeep CJ5.
My mom had a 2003 Buick Century. Over 200k miles
“the transmissions went out on both.”
Yup, never again.
You chose poorly.
BTTT
It is too bad they aren’t selling their old Ranger.
I wonder if Ford has figured it out yet. They fired all their ICE engineers and lost Billions on the idiotic EV push.
Did you rewire it all with 220 ?
> It is too bad they aren’t selling their old Ranger. <
I was quite excited when Ford announced they were bringing the Ranger back. I’m not excited anymore.
The new Ranger is darn near an F-150, both in size and in price.
Then there’s the Maverick, made in Mexico.
No thanks.
One of the last full frame cars built, not a unibody beer can. I was a Lincoln Mercury car salesman in 1991. It had a huge trunk that could hold 4 dead men.
