US Judge Temporarily Blocks Parts of Trump's Anti-DEI Orders

A federal judge has temporarily blocked the U.S. Department of Labor from implementing parts of President Donald Trump’s executive orders aimed at curbing diversity, equity and inclusion efforts among federal contractors and grant recipients.

Judge Matthew Kennelly of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois halted the Labor Department from requiring federal contractors or grant recipients from certifying that they don't operate any programs in violation of Trump's anti-DEI executive orders.

[snip]

The organization argued that the president’s executive orders on DEI are so broad and vague that the organization had no way to ensure compliance, and thus they threaten its core mission.

The judge also blocked the Labor Department from freezing or canceling any funding with Chicago Women in Trades, and the Trump administration from pursuing any False Claims Act enforcement against them.

First of all, it appears this is a very narrow ruling applying only to Chicago Women in Trades.

Second, I doubt that because it is an organization that trains women for the construction trades, I doubt very seriously that a tranny woman (man pretending to be a woman) would even think of entering into a building trades training program because that is a job for men, not fake women.

Another judge has ruled that Trump, his cabinet, staff, the DOGE and ICE staff and Trump voters must ask permission from the judge before going to the restroom. Applies to entire United States. No exceptions.

And must war underwear on the outside.

These lower level “Judges” have no power to reign in the Head of the Executive branch of our government. They are nothing but partisan hacks that have the morals of a snake.

War to be declared against ALL woke judges.

It’s highly disturbing when the populace discovers that a large chunk of the judiciary wants the president we support to fail.

They’re clearly in the way.

Remove them!

Illinois lawsuit over NSA phone records turnover dismissed
James M Yoch Jr
July 25, 2006 08:32:00 pm

[JURIST] A federal judge in Chicago on Tuesday dismissed [ruling, PDF; press release] a lawsuit filed by the ACLU of Illinois [advocacy website] on behalf of state residents against AT&T [corporate website] for allegedly turning over phone records to the National Security Agency (NSA) [official website] as part of its domestic surveillance program [JURIST news archive]. US District Judge Matthew Kennelly [official profile] noted that the plaintiffs, including author Studs Terkel [JURIST report], lacked standing to bring the complaint since they had no evidence that their records were given to the NSA. Kennelly based his ruling on preventing the federal government’s intelligence procedures from being revealed to terrorists. The US Department of Justice [official website] has previously argued [JURIST report] that the case, as well as others related to the program, be dismissed to protect military and state secrets. Although the ACLU argued that the secrets were already revealed by media reports and congressional discussions, Kennelly asserted that the reports of the program have yet to be substantiated.

In May, the ACLU filed nationally coordinated complaints [JURIST report] against three major phone companies and the attorneys general of 20 states, requesting investigations into the legality of information allegedly provided to the NSA by the phone companies. AT&T has neither confirmed nor denied the allegations [JURIST report] that it participated in the program. AP has more. . .

DEI is nothing more than Affirmative Action with a name change. The Supreme Court has already determined that Affirmative Action in regards to basing admissions to colleges on race was unconstitutional, which tells me that handing out jobs based on race is also unconstitutional.

Providing clarification on rules, orders, laws, regulations and such is always a good thing. One reason the deep state has grown so many tentacles is because it takes full advantage of vagueness.

Good grief! Another corrupt judge. Coming out of Illinois, I’m not surprised in the least.

I wonder if Congre$$ and the Supreme Clowns of the US will take on this judicial uprising or stall until their Summer recess schedules give them cover.
