Chaos erupts at GOP lawmaker's town hall after left-wing groups promote protests

A House Republican town hall began and ended in chaos Tuesday night as angry protesters jeered for over an hour in a small Midwestern city and accused Republicans of trying to gut critical government programs.

Rep. Mike Flood, R-Neb., was the only House GOP lawmaker whose office set up an in-person town hall this week while Congress is in recess – and left-wing groups appear to have seized on the opportunity to disrupt.

The event kicked off on a contentious note just minutes after an opening prayer, with the moderator's first audience question accusing President Donald Trump and Flood of not supporting the "rule of law." The crowd repeatedly booed any mention of Elon Musk or the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), with Flood having to stop and plead for calm multiple times

Huh, Trump didn't have to bus people to his rallies like the dems and Kamala did, now the dems are paying and bussing their lackeys to townhalls.

“...gut critical government programs.”

Dear Fox retards: If they were ‘critical’ programs they wouldn’t be cut in the first place.

These efforts to intimidate will fail. The good people of this great nation will not reward thuggery.

"now the dems are paying and bussing their lackeys to townhalls."

Somebody is indeed funding the nonsense. It would be nice to expose these critters. What they are doing is fueling a civil war. National Security Agency (NSA) can unearth who they are. They might be benefiting from the corruption in the Potomac.

Send out town hall invites to registered Republicans, then make them invitation only. No invite, no entrance.

Simply ask for proof of address. Local town halls are for locals. Period.

As they say, “Two can Play”. When are we going to start acting like the Americans that used to win every war we fought?

These traitor fascist whores and the people that fund them have to be locked up as terrorists.

Is there something about “domestic tranquility” in our founding documents? Is there something about “disturbing the peace” in local ordinances?

Republicans need to start holding “town halls” and “gun shows” simultaneously in the same buildings.

“Protests” that are funded and organized are not really protests. They’re just theater.

It's cheaper filling town halls than paying thugs to burn down cities.

Is Alex cheaper than daddy.

Note to our guys: Do 'town halls' by invitation.

Town halls with common people speaking up about their concerns and opinions are part of “democracy.” Which they use as a cheap cliche.

In our Constitutional Republic we have to insure that free speech and freedom of assembly are protected.

The new phase of the unrest will be to cancel all such assembly as “unsafe.”

Like the Ann Coulter and Ben Shaprio paid speaking engagements on college campuses where the university president at one said: “My most important duty is to keep our students safe from physical harm. Therefore I am canceling the speeches as of now.”
