A man feared for his life when his rescue dog attacked him in a horrifying 45-minute ordeal, leaving him with no choice but to strangle the animal.
Matt Porter was left with horrific injuries, including losing the use of one hand, following the unexpected and brutal attack. While shaving, Matt's Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Karma, suddenly lunged at him, biting him over 70 times on both arms.
Fearing he would bleed to death after realising he couldn't use either hand, he was forced to use his forearms to end her life.
Before losing consciousness due to blood loss, he managed to call his mother who rushed to his aid. Recounting the terrifying incident, Matt said: "Karma jumped on me, I pushed her off, she came back and bit right into my arm. There was blood spraying everywhere. It was terrifying. I don't know what was wrong with her. She didn't stop and she was chewing on my arm for 45 minutes. I was in agonising pain.

In before “it’s not the breed, it’s how there raised”.
In before “Karma’s a Bitch!”
Ghetto dogs.
A man started to climb a high, steep mountain when a snake asked the man to carry him along. “But you’re a snake,” the man said. The snake smiled. “Don’t worry. I won’t bite you.” After days of arduous climbing, the man reached the mountain summit, whereupon the poisonous snake bit him. As he lay dying, the man cried out, “You said you wouldn’t bite me!” His reptilian hitchhiker looked at him and said, “Ha! You knew I was a snake when you picked me up.”

Take out “snake”, put in “pit bull”. Same thing.
God only knows what that dog has been through and the breed has to do with it as well. It’s like adopting someone at random in a homeless camp and bringing them home to be part of the family. Can’t do it.
Staffordshire Bull Terrier
He could have been an egg farmer.
I’ve been banned on dog message boards after dropping comments about this “breed”.
I wouldn’t have one of these dogs ever.
That’s why groomers secure the animal in a harness.
I guess you win this one.
On her way to work one morning,
Down the path alongside the lake,
A tender-hearted woman saw a poor half-frozen snake.
His pretty-colored skin had been all frosted with the dew.
“Oh well,” she cried, “I’ll take you in and I’ll take care of you.”
“Take me in oh tender woman,
“Take me in, for heaven’s sake,
“Take me in oh tender woman,” sighed the snake.
She wrapped him up all cozy in a curvature of silk
And then laid him by the fireside with some honey and some milk .
Now she hurried home from work that night as soon as she arrived.
She found that pretty snake she’d taken in had been revived.
“Take me in, oh tender woman ,
“Take me in, for heaven’s sake,
“Take me in oh tender woman,” sighed the snake.
Now she clutched him to her bosom, “You’re so beautiful,” she cried.
“But if I hadn’t brought you in by now you might have died.”
Now she stroked his pretty skin and then she kissed and held him tight .
But instead of saying thanks, that snake gave her a vicious bite.
“Take me in, oh tender woman,
“Take me in, for heaven’s sake,
“Take me in oh tender woman,” sighed the snake.
“I saved you,” cried that woman.
“And you’ve bit me even, why?
“You know your bite is poisonous and now I’m going to die.”
“Oh shut up, silly woman,” said the reptile with a grin,
“You knew damn well I was a snake before you took me in,
”Take me in, oh tender woman,
Shoulda got a Lab.
My uncle at 75 did this although with a kangol type dog
The bitch was a pitbull
Good one! :)
“to be part of the family”
Dogs are pack animals. They are pets, not family members.
Ding ding! We have a winner! LOL!
Better him than some innocent victim.
That pose strikes me as someone who unfortunately appreciated aggression in his dogs
And it bit him
