This was at Lowell Area Schools in Michigan. What books are they hiding???
(Excerpt) Read more at x.com ...
They fight harder than we do.
Any parent who sends their kid to that school for one more day is a failure as a parent.
I’d deck them
To preempt it being said her daughter was being bullied by the school if they tried to foist the materials on her they accused the mother of bullying.
Start looking for another school to send your child to.
Be glad you find out now, just how off track this school is in the basic reasoning department.
most people don’t bother to vote in school board elections so the left gets their own people calling the shots ...
Where is the FBI when we need it?
“It should be directed to me…”
Your terms are acceptable.

They are not held at the same time as other elections.
The only people who pay attention are parents who feel things are going badly and the teachers union. The parents are a minority.
unfortunately you are correct ...
The same books if you try to read at a public school board meeting they will say “you can’t say that in a public school board meeting”.
Any parents who sends their child to any public school is a failure as a parent.
In Lee Zeldin’s “The Pigman,” a book I read in Junior High, the two main characters kiss.
In “Magic In The Alleys,” a children’s book, there is a scene where the heroine has to rescue the hero from a siren-like creature that wants to kiss him.
In “Are You There, God? It’s Me, Margaret,” they discuss periods, coming of age, body changes, attraction to boys, etc.
In Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, they kiss several times.
I went to school back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth.
All of these could be considered sexual.
I get that parents are upset by the outright porn seeping into the classroom at younger and younger ages. Best way is to ask for a list of books in the classroom and see if any have red flags, instead of what could be viewed as an openly broad interpretation of the material.
Also, set the example at home of what is and is not acceptable. Kids can self police if you establish clear boundaries and let them know you will always have their back if they stand up to the teacher and refuse to go along.
Parents have a tendency to want to sheild their child from evil. We should be teaching them how to identify evil, call it out instead, and get the parents to fight the battle. Evil has always been with us. It’s not going away any time soon.
Just my 2 cents. Your opinion may differ.
Heather has Two Trans Mommies, Ashley’s Wonderful Visit to the Dungeon, Oleg’s First Orgy, ...
Same goes for any parent who feeds their children brussel sprouts.
That is what she asked for.
Seems reasonable to me.
She did ask for a list of books. The administrator said none of the teachers were willing to communicate with the parent out of fear that she would “continue” to post things out of context on social media.
I would like to know what they claim was this parent posting things out of context on social media. ‘Cause simply asking for a list of books so they could make their own judgment seems the OPPOSITE of taking things out of context; they were asking for full context.
