On Friday’s broadcast of NewsNation’s “On Balance,” Rep. Jennifer McClellan (D-VA) claimed that the “only way” to enforce bans on biological men in women’s sports is for “people in schools to pull children’s pants down to determine what sex they are.”
Host Leland Vittert asked how Democrats can say they’re a big tent who are in touch with America when no Democrats in the Senate voted to ban biological men from women’s sports.
McClellan answered, “I don’t think that the American people want school professionals pulling their children’s pants down to determine what sports team they should play on.”
After Vittert responded, “Oh, come on.” McClellan stated, “No, how do you enforce that bill? If you read the bill, the — how do you enforce it?”

I distinctly remember the doctor pressing my groin and asking me to cough, before double sessions began every football practice season. Nobody tried to grope or suggest I get Willy lopped off. Things were normal. Kids could play outside unsupervised. We rode bikes without helmets. It was a simpler time.

That used to be the test performed some years ago.
Chromosomes cannot be changed in any way, the are present in any cell of our bodies.
I think, they just analyzed a hair. ? Pretty non invasive, no nudity needed.
But, this is NOT the present day test. Since it is definitive, objective and cannot be changed by any surgery or treatment, it was dropped and replaced by some hormonal tests.
Hint hormonal levels are easily manipulated!

That cannot be trusted because many Doctors would cheat without any penalty.
A cursory medical exam is all that’s required.
Or maybe, just maybe, you could check the birth certificate.
