Donald Trump is considering pulling US troops from Germany and redeploying them to Eastern Europe, The Telegraph can reveal.
Mr Trump is weighing up withdrawing some 35,000 active personnel out of Germany in a move that would further sour US-Europe relations.
The US president, who has repeatedly warned that Europe must commit more to its defensive capabilities, is becoming increasingly frustrated that the continent is “pushing for war”, sources close to the administration said.
Around 160,000 active-duty personnel are stationed outside of the United States, a vast quantity of whom are in Germany.

We have circumstantial evidence that we may have provoked Putin into invading Ukraine. Kremlin stooge was replaced in Ukraine. Ukraine asked to join NATO. Biden never told Ukraine that they couldn't join NATO.
As a result, Putin felt that he had no choice but to invade Ukraine.

Europe hates President Trump because he stands up to them.
I don’t think he will remove our troops, but is using our current presence as a type of leverage against them. More or less, “we’ll leave if you don’t do what you need to do.”
I was stationed at Spangdahlem Air Base in the 80s and loved the experience. However, I am not so emotionally attached to those times that I’m not willing to leave if it’s best for our country.

I don’t even know why we are still in Germany. WWII ended approximately 80 years ago, and it doesn’t look like Nazis are going to arise there.

We will know this is all made up when the Guardian runs something like this with a little “RED” twist.
US military placements now in newspapers. We’ve been parked there in Germany long enough to protect the resurgence of Merkel and the other hiding NAZI socialists dominating the EU== and to the point of the late Queen of UK, getting her demands of BREXIT for just that reason. Euro trash had better get their crap together. This is US-EXIT now, taking them off the teat.
