Doesn’t the President have the right to do this regardless of what the Senate Foreign Relations Committee thinks? Perhaps he only has to notify them, or maybe it is only a courtesy?

Whatever the issue is Lindsay Graham will push others aside to be the first one at the microphone to tell the world how important his opinion is.

Well, in public he’s not negotiating. He’s issuing ultimatums. I can hope they are just negotiating to where and how fast the Hamas leaders will go. Maybe Turkey. Maybe Iraq. They will negotiate safe passage out of Gaza. After that they’re on their own.
