A federal judge in Seattle on Tuesday blocked President Donald Trump’s executive order pausing the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program, siding with arguments that the order likely exceeded the president's authority.
“The president has substantial discretion to suspend refugee admissions. But that authority is not limitless,” U.S. District Judge Jamal Whitehead said in his decision. "He cannot ignore Congress’ detailed framework for refugee admissions and the limits it places on the president’s ability to suspend the same."
Between the halt in admissions, staff layoffs at refugee agencies and the indefinite suspension of family reunification, Whitehead said there appeared to be an “effective nullification of congressional will.” Further, he said, the implementation of the order “likely violates bedrock principles of administrative law.”
He said an injunction was needed because “our system of separated powers demands no less.”
The Justice Department and the White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

My understanding is that the president of the United States has complete and total authority to decide whether somebody, or some groups, enter this country or not. If that is the case, then this judge is going to be overruled very quickly. It is 100% obvious that illegals trying to enter this country have no Constitutional rights, as they are literally not part of our society. They certainly don’t have a right to live here on the backs of taxpayers.

Unless the President is a flaming racist, or openly despises a particular country, then, the USA President still has almost total authority to make the final decisions about countries and immigration numbers.
The USA President has additional powers to punish countries who will not take back their criminals or illegal residents.
The USA also has treaties with Canada and Mexico that allow the USA President to send back ANY Can/Mex citizens, at any time, without ANY USA Federal Judge over sight.
The current legal strategy for Democrat Federal Judges is to scream RACIST when ever a GOP President tries to use his immigration authority.
