Can’t trust but very few of them. Colin Powell was a prime example. They wish whites in concentration camps or worse and they express their sentiments daily. Rhodesia and South Africa are examples of how “we just get along”...The white Democrats that promote the blacks are just setting themselves up for the same outcome as those apologists in Haiti...

Okay, this is a huge black church in Atlanta. How many members of his congregation would you say are government employees? How many get government assistance? How much of that makes it into his coffers?
Trump and DOGE are messing up his hussle.

It figures... Another black bigot.

I thought that a "runaway slave", i.e. a slave escaping from slavery, is a good thing.

"Atlanta megachurch pastor Jamal Bryant refers to black Trump supporters and MAGA followers as “coons” and “runaway slaves.”
Does this slack-jawed idiot realize that what he is saying is that black Trump supporters are seeking freedom and have fled the Democrat plantation?

Touche. This guy seems to be saying that they should remain slaves! (Like him. He just can't bear the thought of leaving his Democrat massahs. He feels so at home in the party of the KKK.)

I cannot wait to see how the USAID cash made its way into his pocket.
Some sort of grant money, I’m sure.

Yeah, shows they have gumption and a desire for liberty. We’ll gladly take them.

Well, if they are runaway slaves, then they are brave people who wanted freedom. Those that stayed as slaves were meant to be slaves? Perhaps more slaves need to also runaway.

Ministers of black Protestant churches have been community leaders in the African American community since Reconstruction days. As blacks migrated from the rural South to the industrial centers outside the region or to large cities in the region, the ability of the old small town Southern elites to keep these leaders "in line" disappeared. To the Democratic political machines in places like Baltimore or Chicago, blacks were just another ethnic group, like Italians or Poles. The ministers were cultivated by Democratic politicians with favors in exchange for endorsements in elections.
But the Daley's and the D'Alessandro's were not the only ones to use African-Americans for the own purposes. The leftist tax free foundations, such as the Ford Foundation, and wealthy liberals like the Rockefeller family and Armand Hammer saw the black community as instruments to be used in their aims to collectivize society. Such institutions and people were the lineal forbears of the current ruling elite and Deep State. Slavery and segregation led to ongoing bitterness among black Americans. Unlike the Italians or Poles, their forbears did not come voluntarily to this country, even if the Africans themselves sold those ancestors to the European slavers. Many black ministers would intersperse their preaching to play on the resentment against slavery and segregation. It is noteworthy that to this day, black women, who are more likely churchgoers than black men, are the strongest supporters of leftist ideology. Since after the 1950s, blacks benefited from job quotas, under rubrics like affirmative action or DEI, that built solid support for socialist ideology. African American women, generally better educated than the men, were more likely to benefit from the set asides as well.
