Not too long ago, I decided to try a bold experiment. I returned to the University of Georgia to take some agriculture classes. The reason I considered it bold is that I was old enough to be many of the students' mothers (had I been an extremely young teen mom, of course). I learned a lot of lessons about this current generation of teens and twenty-somethings and how college has changed since my first go-round two decades prior, but what really threw me was when a professor asked for my pronouns.
My class was given a virtual assignment to upload a video introduction of ourselves to a school website. "Tell us your name, your major, your hobbies and interests, and your pronouns so your classmates can gain a better understanding of who you are." I'd never been asked to provide my pronouns in my life and had no interest in starting now. Before I uploaded my video, I watched through some of the others, shocked as these young men and women offered up their "hes" and "shes" and "theys" as if this was all perfectly normal.
But there was one guy, let's call him Tyler, who gave us his name, his major, and his hobbies and interests, but instead of pronouns, he ended the video with "I'm a dude" and a slight eye roll, obviously mocking the pronoun situation.
Let me tell you, he's the only person from that class I even remember, much less ever gained any sort of understanding of who he was.
Well, JD Vance just gave all the other Tylers of the world permission to crawl out from under their rocks of submission and embrace their God-given masculinity.

When Trump chose JD Vance I was ambivalent. But wow, just wow! Plain, clear speech. Simple and direct. And insulting to Lieberals
Thank you for posting that. It made my evening.
I didn’t know who Vance was. I found some year old speech from some conservative convention. He was saying the same stuff Trump was. Then I found an even older speech (no beard!) and it was the same good stuff.
I really enjoy it when he takes questions from the press. ALWAYS answers the question. If it is a “gotcha” question he will tell the journalist it is, and still answer it with a great and well-reasoned response.
Same here! Didn’t really know much about him, but just the past couple of weeks he has really impressed me.
That speech he gave to the eurowinies will make the history books. Similar to Reagan’s “tear down this wall”!
Funny. He’s saying the same stuff Andrew Tate has been saying for a while.
I got some pronouns for them.
But I love FR and dont want to get suspended.
Let your minds wander :)
I squealed with joy over a hillbilly VP.
And I am not disappointed.
Every time I see this guy he is just on point. He recent European trip was incredible. He speeches at a Paris AI conference, and then at the Munich security conference, really shoul both be seen. They’re 15-20 minutes each, short, but packed with info. He really takes the Euros to task.
This is fine, but raising our sons to be a bunch of sex fiends isn’t working out too well either. Just ask the women who are kidnapped and drugged by human traffickers to make billions from men who are paying for the privilege of raping those women.
The Left is far more focused on the necessity of easily avalilable sex and of the desirability of promiscuity than conservatives are.
Based on some of my debates here, I'm not so sure about that. Maybe we're not as bad, but the problem is still on both sides.
It’s nice being an Alpha male... I never stopped but then again my friends are like minded and any interactions I have with liberals (couple neighbors that luckily are not within eyesight) know better than to bring up any liberal politics because I’ll shut them down with facts and F’ their emotions.
“This is fine, but raising our sons to be a bunch of sex fiends isn’t working out too well either.”
Can you cite just one person in the Trump administration or in the MAGA movement or in Christian theology that comes anywhere close to teaching young males to be sex fiends?
You are basicallly insane.
The difference is that Tate is a *-hole, Vance is classy.
From casual observation:
Vance is happily married with healthy, precocious children,
Tate has concubines
Note I was mentioning about how JD and Tate had the similar message. They were telling Young Men to "man up".
Obviously, their personal lives are different.
But if you're pushing a stereotype that a man's worth is decided by how many women he's stuck it into, then that's what you're doing whether you call it that or not.
Billions of dollars a year spent on prostitution in this country alone, not to mention the sexual abuse in the church and elsewhere that was covered up, don't lie.
