It’s unclear whether he’s definitely accepted the pardon. If he’s investigated and subpoenaed, he would have to state so. If he takes the pardon, he will not be able to take the 5th and would need to answer questions. I’m sure he would give weasel responses I can’t recall, I’m not certain etc. However his testimony and investigation could expose him up to civil charges or state criminal charges.
Also keep in mind that the pardon was only for Jan6 committee activities.
