The Left insists on the fake separation of Church and State. Let the Judge live with it.
Sounds dangerous.
you posted the wrong link, however the one you linked to is far more deserving of a post here.
I don’t see a working link to this article.
This is a battle to the death

Link took me to an article on illegals voting. Searched the site and couldn’t fine one on this issue, so they may have taken it down or something.
Evil judge and father.
When parents disagree on this issue, the courts have to rule.
I know lots of fine Christians who worship at a Calvary chapel, but it is a very all-encompassing lifestyle.
Your article links back to the LC article.
If the mom has legal custody, then the judge should have thrown out the dad’s complaint. And even if they have some shared rights, between the parents, if they do not eclipse the court agreed place where the child is to reside - with the mom, then again the judge should have tossed the dad’s complaint. And even beyond that, it is clear the dad and the judge are ruling against religious Liberty based only on their own religious bias.
The judge should be brought up on judicial conduct charges by the Maine state Committee on Judicial Conduct, which can be initiated via a complaint filed by the mom’s lawyers. And if the Committee on Judicial Conduct fails to act, the Maine state legislature should bring impeachment charges against the judge (Maine House of Representatives) and convict him (Maine state Senate).
The Church must be Godly
We the People of the United States, in order to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and out Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Leave our Posterity alone!

I bet the Judge would have ruled in the mothers favor if she wanted to take the kid to a drag queen show.
Or if the mother was Muslim and wanted to take the daughter to the Mosque.
As usual
Or if the mother wanted to transition her daughter.
