Good evening, radu....did you make it thru the high winds without a tree falling down?

They say snow in an hour or so, but the snow fall last evening brought nary a single flake here.

Looks like we both had a dreary day ...... and our temps were about the same. LOL

I assume no trees came down last night. I didn’t go back out last night after the rain stopped and haven’t even poked my nose out the door today. Got real lucky and was missed by a tornado. It passed either south or north of the farm, far enough away it didn’t get real crazy here.

Now I await the winter storm that will hit late Tues. night into Wed. They say we’ll get a wintry mix here, meaning icy stuff. I’d rather get snow.

I noticed there’s a little dusting of snow on the rooftops at Lake Hood today. You didn’t miss out on much.
It’s snowing a little now at LH and there’s more to the south coming up.

Hey there, radu!

It wasn’t too bad, wind wise, but it was pretty chilly as we stepped out the door. I think the high today was about 48.

I don’t blame you for staying in! I’m guessing that the really bad stuff stayed away, though?

I went to sleep right after posting earlier. LOL! I was cold and had just taken an Advil PM. I crashed for at least more than 2 hours. LOL! I’ll probably be up all night now. I think I either have bad allergies or caught hubby’s cold. He loves giving me little gifts. 🤧
