A federal judge on Thursday evening temporarily blocked President Trump from cancelling foreign aid contracts.
President Trump last month froze US foreign aid for 90 days.

US District Judge for the District Court of Columbia, Amir Ali, a Biden appointee, said Trump’s order halting foreign funding has caused enormous harm.
“At least to date, Defendants have not offered any explanation for why a blanket suspension of all congressionally appropriated foreign aid, which set off a shockwave and upended reliance interests for thousands of agreements with businesses, nonprofits, and organizations around the country, was a rational precursor to reviewing programs,” Judge Ali wrote in a 15-page order reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

As soon as he said “We will abide be the court rulings”, the floodgates will now open.
I am now waiting on the ruling that says, “All executive actions are paused for review” - even if we have to go to war. They have no reason to stop now, and they have no need for justification.
Trump’s only option:
Damn the rulings. Full speed ahead until SCOTUS says otherwise. Then again, as I recall, Lincoln had to arrest a few judges. just sayin’ (see tagline)
So far I haven’t seen any appeals yet.
They need to randomly assign Federal cases to all Federal Courts.
How about this?
By U.S. Code, USAID is under the direct foreign policy guidance of the Secretary of State, and therefore, the President of the United States. Secretary of State Rubio previously terminated the Administrator of USAID and declared himself to be the Acting Administrator.
President Trump just has to say that the current spending is not aligned with his "foreign policy" objectives and is suspending all aid until he can issue new foreign policy guidance to USAID.
He's not obligated to spend all of the money that Congress authorized and appropriated for foreign aid if that money goes against his foreign policy initiatives.

The activist judges don’t care about the American people. They only care about preserving the grift and stopping Trump’s agenda cutting waste and fraud.
