(Reuters) -A federal judge on Tuesday ordered U.S. health agencies to restore websites that they abruptly took offline in response to an executive order by President Donald Trump telling them to scrub websites of "gender ideology extremism."
The temporary restraining order by U.S. District Judge John Bates in Washington, D.C. came in response to a lawsuit by the left-leaning medical advocacy group Doctors for America, which said the sudden removal of websites by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Food and Drug Administration hampered doctors' and researchers' ability to fight disease.
Bates ordered all websites specifically identified by Doctors for America in its court filings be restored by 11:59 p.m. (0459 GMT) on Tuesday. He ordered the government to consult with the group to identify any other materials that doctors rely on and restore them by February 14.
The materials taken offline by the CDC include a page on behavioral health risks among youth, which Doctors for America says is important for understanding health challenges faced by young people, including bullying and vaping; pages with data on the prevalence of HIV and associated risky behaviors; and a page on getting tested for HIV.

I wonder what the legal basis for this decision is? Whether something is a good or bad idea has nothing to do with its legality, and I see no constitutional protection for a government website.
Time for Trump to declare a fiscal national emergency which justifies a no-holes-barred internal audit with a lice comb.
Just ignore the loony judges, and watch them try to figure out a way to enforce their unlawful ruling.
Trump knew he would have a hard time with these communist judges, Trump should refuse to do ANYTHING these judges say, they can come and arrest him if they have an issue with him, he wont budge on anything

The Judicial Branch has no more authority to tell the Executive Branch to restore a website than the Executive Branch has the right to demand the Judicial Branch add content to theirs.

It’s time for Trump to ignore these Liberal Judge’s decisions and let them try to enforce them. They have no authority to interfere with Executive matters covered by the constitution.
Yep ignore. Demonrats set the precedent by ignoring even SCOTUS. Start impeachment paperwork immediately and investigate any demonrat loving judges.

Democrats have discovered an ‘alternate executive branch’ of the federal government. Now, the activist judges on the left have power that equals that of Trump. Trump should resign and let the lower court judges run the country, which they’ve been doing for over a week now.
