The federal judge who suggested Trump administration officials could face criminal contempt over the spending freeze on Monday is a Democrat donor.

McConnell donated hundreds of thousands to Democratic campaigns and political action committees, including 2008 presidential campaigns of Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and Barack Obama, according to Federal Election Commission records. He also donated over $8,000 to Democratic Rhode Island Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse’s 2006 senate campaign.
McConnell volunteered as director of the Rhode Island branch of Planned Parenthood for four years, according to Roll Call.

WHAT criminal charges?! Both Biden AND Obama willfully and blatantly ignored federal court orders and were never charged with anything, even after Obama’s orders were found blatantly unconstitutional.
I will say it again, the Supreme Court has defined Presidential immunity and what Trump has done falls well within what the Supreme Court defined as his Constitutional duties and hence he is immune from criminal proceedings while fulfilling his Presidential duties.

A judge cannot charge anyone with a crime.
If Congress made it clear they would not impeach him for ignoring this blatant abuse of power from the judge, the judge would have no method to do anything about it.
He should be brought up on charges.

Trump needs to push this guy hard….. he should hold a press conference and in no uncertain terms tell the nation he will not be listening to these judges and his agenda will continue. Lets see who wins.
