(Brooklyn Center, MN) -- The Minnesota State High School League will still allow student-athletes to participate in sports consistent with their gender identity. A memo sent to schools said, "The Minnesota State High School League, similar to other youth sports organizations, is subject to state anti-discrimination laws, which prohibit discrimination based on gender identity." The letter comes in the wake of President Trump signing an executive order to ban transgender athletes from playing girl's and women's sports. The M-S-H-S-L said it will continue to review how state laws interplay with the executive order.
Withdraw federal funds. End of story.

Yes withdraw federal funds which are unconstitutional to begin with.
After that, the feds must STAY out where the Constitution doesn’t enumerate the specific power to the feds as in this case.

This is normal for Minnesota. After all, these are the clowns that elected the Juggalo Clown Posse Clown, little Timmy Walz. A lot of the guys there don’t seem to know what sex they are.
If they can’t be arrested, then those are two excellent approaches:
1. Withdraw federal funds.
2. Legal backing for any girl who wishes to oppose that or abstain from such competition.
Or, the DoJ could take the case of female students against the Minnesota government in federal court, where the situation regarding this are acutely unambiguous.

Since high school sports are from the high schools, and the schools are from a district with a school board, yank all funding from all school districts that are involved. If the state doesn’t allow it, then with hold it from the state.

Minnesota should be banned from participating in in any national competitions in any sport.
Exactly. Cut off all federal funds to the crazies. What the crazy states do with their taxes is their business. But if they have any crazy programs then no federal funds for the State/local entities.
Trump will have to act like Eisenhower integrating the segregated schools.

Agreed. However, this executive order is not provided for in the Constitution or law. Congress should immediately step in and codify this executive order and all of the executive orders which are outside of the president’s constitutional powers.
