Several women who were former college athletes filed a lawsuit Tuesday after being forced to compete against a man and share changing rooms and bathrooms with him in 2022.
Grace Estabrook, Ellen Holmquist and Margot Kaczorowski all competed on the University of Pennsylvania’s (UPenn) swim team when transgender-identifying male athlete Lia Thomas was allowed to join the team and use the women’s facilities. The women are suing UPenn as well as Harvard University, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Ivy League Council of Presidents for allegedly violating Title IX by discriminating against women and causing them “emotional harm,” the lawsuit states.
Many of the details included in the suit stem from the 2022 Ivy League Championships at Harvard during which Thomas shared changing spaces with the female athletes. The university did not provide any separate changing space for Thomas or any female athlete that did not feel comfortable changing in front of the male since all locker rooms were converted into women’s spaces for the competition, the court documents state.

Sue everyone involved. Men pretending to be women don’t get to make the call on who is a woman.
Places that do this need to be sued out of existence.

It should also be illegal for them to receive any federal funds and illegal for student aid to be used at any institution that does this and similar things.
Every group the left claims to champion, they are really victimizing. If they cared about women at all, they would NEVER have allowed this to happen.

The women libbers and gays are both mad at the transgenders. The trans are mad at everyone. It reminds me of that story in the Bible (Joshua??) where all he had to do was blow some horns and there was enough confusion in the enemy camp, which was comprised of dozens of various tribes, that they all turned on each other and destroyed themselves. And those remaining fled.

The NCAA needs to be sued since Riley Gaines talked about how they threatened to pull scholarships from these female athletes if they caused an uproar. Every last one of those on the NCAA payroll that did this needs to be ousted and never given another job again, and their funds needs to be pulled as well.
YMCA and Planet Fitness are guilty as well.

The one area that Trump may not be able to impact as much is with the court systems. In the past, most of them have sided with liberal causes (race, DEI, trans, climate, etc.). Judicial activism is a real problem, one that will not be easily overcome. Can’t just fire judges. Impeaching them would take a long time.
Trump’s purging the government of democrat corruption is bringing lot of people out of hiding. That is those that feared retaliations. I suspect this group of women are such.
With less fear of retaliation they can push forward with lawsuits, rightful lawsuits. All parties need to be sued into bankruptcy. The freaks pretending to be women should be neutered, stripped of their titles and put in the mental ward section of GITMO.

All these tranny freaks are geting a massive psychological wake up call that playing dress up and whacking off body parts doesn’t change what you are and normal people are sick of it.
I hear more and more gays speaking out, disgusted by the trans movement. The big lgbtq coalition is proving to be a mirage.
President Trump should award Riley gained the presidential medal of freedom as soon as possible.
