Oregon Health & Science University, one of the country’s leading providers of gender-affirming care for transgender people, says it expects no interruption in those services despite a recent federal order aiming to limit such treatments — for now, at least. . . . .
The institution’s Transgender Health Program provides a range of gender-affirming medical services, including hormone therapy and surgery, and serves more than 6,000 adult and pediatric patients.
“As of now, nothing has changed about the care OHSU provides,” Sara Hottman, a spokesperson for the university, wrote in an email. “OHSU is evaluating the potential impacts of the executive order and remains committed to ensuring our patients continue to receive respectful, quality care.”

That is 100% fine. The EO does not prohibit a damn thing. It just wont pay for it. At least that is my understanding.

I haven’t seen the EO, but I suspect it goes far beyond not paying for the drugging/mutilations. Rather it probably defunds the institutions that keep doing it, so no more student loans for those Leftists, for example.
A vast majority of transgenders don’t have surgeries on the genitals.
Until it is done on anyone under 18. Then it is ritual child abuse, mutilation, and sexual grooming. And clearly OHSU is involved in Interstate Commerce, and accepts federal student aid, to use the magic words.
Time to hit them hard.
Every penny of Federal money sent to these States must be fully accounted for, as to what it is spent on, even if President Trump has to send Federal auditors in to the State to go over their books.
Ensure they do not have immunity from malpractice lawsuits from patients who regret those treatments, and all such procedures WILL stop immediately.
They pump the full of hormones to try to grow ersatz tits on a man, and pump girls full of testosterone. Just as sick as the ones who go under the knife.
And they do it underage ones too.
Until private insurance will no longer cover such “affirming care” the hospital can still afford to provide it.
HHS and CMS should look seriously about curtailing gov’t money to pharmaceutical companies that tell doctors and hospitals that hormone replacement drugs are suitable for use in adolescent (absent of true physiological condition) and pediatric patient. FDA should look seriously at penalizing off label use for such drugs.

Not sure what point you are trying to make. Drugging and making young adults sterile is still a horrible thing.
