An Indiana man who was recently pardoned for his participation in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot was shot and killed during a traffic stop by a sheriff's deputy Sunday.

Matthew Huttle, 42, was involved in a traffic stop at 4:15 p.m. by a Jasper County sheriff’s deputy, authorities said in a news release. It alleged that Huttle resisted arrest and was found to have a firearm on him.

"An altercation took place between the suspect and the officer, which resulted in the officer firing his weapon and fatally wounding the suspect," the release said.

Could also be a sovereign citizen type who decided he’d had enough.

And if it was a “peace” officer who felt the pardons were wrong…what then?

Lots to unpack on this one. The victim was likely already dealing with D.C. gulag induced PTSD.

That would be pretty incredible. I doubt he had a “J6 Pardoned” hat on.

I have been stopped in the car and on foot, and have always treated the officers with respect, and listened for instructions, and never had any problem.

You could be right. In his area, local cops could’ve been given a heads-up and put a target on his back. If this happens again, probably not a coincidence.

*** and was found to have a firearm on him***

Ummm, yeah….carrying is like driving a pickup around here. Hardly makes a person someone LEO has to fear. Every farmer, semi-rural person that I know carries a firearm.

Although the Pope isn’t Catholic, Hoosiers carry…legally.

The Fraternal Order of Police released a statement criticizing President Trump’s pardons for Jan. 6th as condoning violence toward police. This has become one f’ed up country full of brainwashed phuks.

You give the police too much credit. Most of them could not put a conspiracy together with a blueprint.

why was he being arrested? a common traffic stop doesn’t usually warrant arrest.

Sounds like the warrant record system still had him listed as outstanding. Courts do this all the time. Even after you take care of violations they forget to take the warrant out of the system. So years later you get pulled over and it shows you have a warrant out even though you should not and they throw you in jail for nothing.

Keep this in mind about traffic tickets and court appearances. Just because you took care of it does not mean the computer system is not going to automatically spit out a warrant for failure to appear. You have to go out of your way to make sure the court clerks prevent this from happening in the system.

I have had many many friends go to jail for bench warrants that were erroneous. And THEY DO NOT CARE if it causes you a serious hardship even though it was THEIR mistake at the court.

Some areas were doxxing the released J6ers. Wrong, probably illegal, but done anyway.

So all the J6-ers basically have targets on their back. I never was 100% Back The Blue when Trump pushed it.

But supposedly the police union have taken an official stance against the release. It makes sense that the union members got the word and {wink wink} orders.
