Donald Trump quickly made good on his pledge to sever diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies in the federal government as he is set to lay off all DEI hires within 24 hours.
The new Trump administration sent a letter to all heads and acting heads of government agencies on Tuesday, informing them all federal employees in DEI roles must be placed on paid leave by 5pm Wednesday.
All DEI offices in federal agencies are also being shuttered in the move, which comes after Trump signed an anti-DEI executive order in front of a cheering crowd at his inauguration on Monday.
In a letter first obtained by CBS News, the agencies were ordered to 'take prompt actions' against all departments 'focusing exclusively on DEI initiatives and programs.'
The letter also demands all public DEI focused webpages be taken offline, and orders employees within the departments to report 'any efforts to disguise these programs by using coded or imprecise language.'
Any employees that are aware of 'coded or imprecise language' intended to keep DEI programs alive but do not report them within 10 days are warned of 'adverse consequences.'
Trump's executive order, titled 'Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing and Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions', directly reverses a DEI executive order enacted by President Biden on his first day in office four years ago.
Tuesday's order concludes: 'These programs divided Americans by race, wasted taxpayer dollars, and resulted in shameful discrimination.'

To the DEI bunch being on leave with pay is no different than being on leave without pay - in both cases they lose their ability to ABUSE White men, which is all they live for.

SMART - there are probably thousands that thought they could ‘burrow-in’, which is a government term to try to hide among the masses (of federal workers) to not get removed. Obviously Trump’s people are on to that, so anyone who made such a move after Nov. 5 will still be identified, immediately sent to their virtual rubber-room, and then, hopefully, fired.

That is the important part. It is now a direct order, violation of which may be grounds for firing.
They were getting rid of DEI anyway, but the Democrat half of the UniParty got the Republican half of the Uniparty to take the blame.
SOME private enterprise was getting rid of it.
Gov, not so much.
Now they have to.
At least for the next four years.
The government was getting rid of it because even scraping the bottom of the barrel, they couldn’t fill the slots. Worse, they want to hire non-whites who don’t meet the criteria for Didn’t Earn It hires and couldn’t make it too obvious.
With any luck, Vance will continue this for another eight after that.

We are going to make sure they get rid of it in .gov because we are going to pay very close attention—and take nothing for granted.
We should also do the same for the corporate world—assume nothing, be vigilant and call them out every time they try to push their anti-white and anti-male hate.

No need to fire these Federale DEI dogs. Just tell them they have new assignments to run DEI programs for the Aleutian Islanders off the Alaska coast. They will work their DEI magic with other remote Eskimo (Inuit, whatever) tribes in Northern Alaska, too.
How much do these DEI clowns rip us off for? I figure at least 100k-150k yearly salary.
