Trump Saves the Whales: Plans End to Disastrous Northeast Offshore Wind Farms

Multiple reports over the weekend indicated that President-elect Donald Trump is promising near-immediate action to shut down offshore wind farm projects throughout the Northeast United States, which were widely unpopular with locals who feared the industrialization of their natural shorelines and environmental destruction.

The administration of outgoing President Joe Biden had prioritized funding and support for offshore wind projects during its four years in power, including major wind farm subsidies in the so-called “Inflation Reduction Act” and relying on leftist governors in New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts to back the projects. The projects attracted loud opposition from local tourism industries and environmentalists, who noted a significant increase in the number of washed-up whale carcasses along the shoreline as sonar work began off the Northeast coast.

The same is true throughout much of the west. People HATE these ridiculous "wind farms" that despoil the great natural beauty of the US West. There are signs in many western small towns and cities trying to end these. If the northeast liberals can get their way to stop their vistas from being ruined, then why can't conservative westerners get the same treatment?

President Trump should just stop ALL wind farm projects in all of the USA.

Build lots of them in downtown cities and let those city folk share in the "green" joy.

This is proof of just how much democrats are “Hate Trump all the Time.” They fought for years to “save the whales” and ban those monstrous eyesore windmills. When their guy is in, “YAY. GREEN ENERGY BUILD WINDMILLS. YAAAAY” after years of fighting them. Now, “save the windmills” even as they fall apart and spill toxic fluids in to the ocean.
