President-elect Donald Trump’s vow to enact mass deportations — and his famous antipathy toward Chicago — have girded local immigration activists for the immediate aftermath of his inauguration.

From many anecdotal accounts and evidence, it seems average Chicago residents, particularly blacks on the South Side, will ASSIST ICE and Trump’s Feds to find and deport illegals.

The Supreme Court has ruled over and over that this is an exclusive Federal responsibility, with no State or local pre-emption.

Europe has proposed bribing its unwanted guests so they return home.
It might be possible to place withholding imposts on their income so we can bribe them to return home with their own money.
This might be:
5% on the first $200/week,
10% on the second $200/week,
15% on the third $200/week,
30% thereafter.
They could personally get back in their native land about half the money in the first six months after return and the rest afterwards at short-notice random time periods.
No interest would be paid on the withheld money.

What a POS authoress, a POS article, and a POS newspaper. The Tribune used to be the somewhat sane paper in Chicago.
Trump could even federalize the Illinois National Guard and have them do it under the Insurrection Act.
