Wow this is insane! The looters can easily enter the burned down and empty homes areas yet the owner’s of the property are denied entrance. Incredible. I’m also hearing that these are migrant gangs on scooters who are looting California homes . Don’t know how true but I wouldn’t doubt it. The governor has been a spectacular failure along with his whole administration! And the sad thing about it Californians will continue to vote in radical Marxist POS people in office. I’m sorry I just don’t see how California can survive another Marxist administration. They’re done they’re cooked.
The problem is that the looters who are “arrested” will be right back out on the streets in the same neighborhoods they looted. So whatever the reported numbers are a multiple has to be applied for the recidivist problem.
Shoot on sight. If the person is not a resident in that neighborhood there will be no further investigation. Stack the bodies like cordwood.
