The U.S. rang in the new year to a tragic act of terrorism that killed at least 15 people and injured more than 30 others in New Orleans. In Las Vegas, investigators are still trying to determine if the man who killed himself by intentionally setting off explosives in a Cybertruck parked outside Trump Hotel was also an act of terrorism, and whether the two events are related in any way. One thing is certain, however, the Cybertruck driver, who has now been identified, chose the wrong vehicle.
As Tesla founder Elon Musk shared on X, though seven were injured in the attack, the Cybertruck actually prevented more harm from being done.
"The evil knuckleheads picked the wrong vehicle for a terrorist attack," he said. "Cybertruck actually contained the explosion and directed the blast upwards.
"Not even the glass doors of the lobby were broken," he added.
Law Enforcement Officials are claiming that because the Suspect used a Tesla Cybertruck in their Attack earlier today against the Trump Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, which has 1.4mm Body Panels and 1.8mm Door Panels, the Explosion only caused Minimal Damage; with even the Windows of the Hotel Lobby, only Feet from the Truck, not having been Shattered. Officials state that most of the Blast was contained within the Vehicle, with the remainder having went up through the Roof instead of out from the Sides.

A bomb went off in the Cybertruck's bed and the tires didn't pop/deflate, the exterior of the truck is intact, the bed door is still attached & the 1.4mm-1.8mm steel exterior (2x thicker vs normal trucks) helped contain the blast.
It's the toughest & most badass truck ever made!NEWS: Law enforcement officials have released images of the exploded Cybertruck and the leftover fireworks and gas tanks. The truck itself helped contain the blast and held up extremely well.
Authorities believe the items in the bed were connected to a detonation system…

The Las Vegas Sheriff just said that the Cybertruck actually held it’s frame and limited the damage of the explosion, directing the blast upwards.
He tried to send a message by using a Tesla, but it ended up saving lives instead.

NEW FOOTAGE: “The fact that this was a Cybertruck really limited the damage that occurred inside of the valet, because it had most of the blast go up, through the truck and out… The glass doors at the Trump hotel were not even broken.” pic.twitter.com/XtztqmZAYr— America (@america) January 2, 2025
The evil knuckleheads picked the wrong vehicle for a terrorist attack. Cybertruck actually contained the explosion and directed the blast upwards.

Musk also called out the media for the way the incident is being framed:
You don’t hate the legacy media enough
BREAKING: Media headlines are misleading audiences, suggesting the Cybertruck caught fire or exploded due to a malfunction.
The truth is that explosives were placed in the back and intentionally detonated, likely as part of a terrorist act. Don’t fall for the misinformation.

Because the diver did not make a good explosive device.
I suspect the driver did not intend to kill himself. I believe he intended to leave and detonate it remotely but somehow set it off by accident much like many of the Isis bombers have done in the past.
so, put an ICE in it and I might be interested...
Great. Let’s keep telling the terrorists how to do their job better.
So as In said it was not a very good explosive device.
A different vehicle wouldn’t have worked to make the Trump-Musk connection the guy was trying for.
My first thought after reading this article!

I agree, that wasn’t a suicide attempt. And those were fireworks, not war weapons.
I’ve seen videos of a v12 audi engine installed in a cyber truck...
It’s kind of concerning me. A news report just came up that the guy who set off the bomb was an active duty special forces guy, in other words, a Green Beret. It said the guy had 19 years of service experience.
It also has come to light that the guy who ran his car into the crowd in New Orleans was also ex-military.
You just know that the leftists are going to crow long and hard about how people who once were in the military or are currently in the military are nothing but homicidal Maniacs who need to be locked up or somehow restrained and should never be trusted because they will probably end up killing a whole bunch of people.
The use of fireworks just yells antifa to me. That is more their style.
I agree.
But that was a good ending because the justice system in this country would screw up the prosecution and not give him what he deserved for his actions.
But instead he got it.
My spidey sensor pings.
False Flag.
1. The profile doesn’t match a true suicide bomber.
2. Why not crash into the doors first then explode?
3. Seems like the vehicle was dispatched to pick someone up.
4. Detonated remotely sounds more plausible.
5. Driver may have been a patsy.
To wit, take things nowadays with a grain of salt. Don’t toe the line of official explanations.
Ok. I’ll put away my tinfoil hat now. Oops...”For now”.
Maybe there is a connection between Vegas and NOLA.
But these attacks were not on the same page.
The NOLA attack was right out of the Religion of Peace playbook.
The NOLA attack was looking for a body count much like the attack at the Christmas market in Germany.
The Jihadis could care less about making a statement about Musk’s Tesla and Trump.
Not to say they wouldn’t love to fly a plane in a Trump property and kill as many civilians as possible.
If they were a script this guy, went off of it.
The NOLA terrorist followed a script and he had help funding and writing that script.
(… with the remainder having went up through the Roof )
Too early to complain completely about US education….
Yes. The guy was an IDIOT!
