A Virginia man was arrested after the largest cache of "finished explosive devices" was discovered at his farm by the FBI, The New York Times reported.
Brad Spafford was apprehended outside Norfolk on Tuesday, Dec. 17, after more than 150 explosive devices were found in a detached garage on his 20-acre property, the Times reported. The devices were mainly pipe bombs, some labeled as "lethal," prosecutors told the Times.
Pipe bombs were also found inside his bedroom — loosely stuffed in a backpack that bore a patch shaped like a hand grenade and a logo reading "#NoLivesMatter," the Times reported.
The neighbor said Spafford used photographs of President Joe Biden for target practice at a local shooting range and believed that "political assassinations should be brought back," according to court papers.

Looks like they intercepted the MK-Ultra subject before his handlers could show him the Queen of Hearts.
Wonder who ratted on him?
Somebody from the bar
Article says a neighbor went onto his property with a audio recorder and recorded the idiot talking about all the explosives he had.
Being VA, probably some sort of FIB agent.
Over 50 years ago, around time I was 15 or so, I made black powder bombs in my garage with ingredients all bought at a local supermarket. Had some healthy fun with that.
So he has a hobby.
Couldn’t he have just DIYed a scrapbook or model airplane like everyone else? Noooo. He had to do explosives.
The doctors when they had to put his hand back together.
Nobody. AI tracked his chemical purchases.
So he has a hobby.
*********
No he had a hobby.
#NoLivesMatter, How convenient?
Homemade black powder makes a lot of noise when used in a cannon made from 3/4-inch galvanized water pipe, capped at one end, with a 3/32 fuse hole drilled next to the cap. About 6 inches of carefully tamped powder and the same length of toilet-paper wadding (no projectiles, please) makes a hell of a boom.
Or so I’ve been told.
“According to the Times, No Lives Matter is a nihilistic, far-right ideology that largely exists on encrypted online messaging apps like Telegram.”
It should be noted that Telegram is a RUZZIAN app, and therefore Putin is behind this ideology.
(well, not much different than those here who claimed that Putin was behind the Oct. 7 massacre because Putin supports Iran and Iran supports Hamas)
“Article says a neighbor went onto his property with a audio recorder and recorded the idiot talking about all the explosives he had. Being VA, probably some sort of FIB agent.”
Who, the guy with the explosives or the neighbor?
“n October, the neighbor visited Spafford at his farm while wearing a recording device...Spafford said he had...360-degree turret he wanted to mount a 50-caliber rifle on, according to court papers.”
Sounds like neighbor watched “The Accountant” one too many times.
“Or so I’ve been told.”
No persona experience but I gather that most accidental detonations occur when screwing down cap-ends and friction ignites powder residue in pipe threads.
It sounds much more “far-left” than “far-right”.
FBI (so we all know)
