As what’s left of the Biden administration winds down, I’d like to offer an end-of-days reminder: Joe Biden wasn’t just a terrible president.
His Attorney General Merrick Garland was an equally terrible leader of the Department of Justice.
Garland, you may recall, was nominated for the Supreme Court by President Barack Obama to replace Justice Antonin Scalia, who died suddenly a few months before the 2016 election.
Republicans sat on Garland’s nomination, maintaining that the seat should be filled by a new president.
We were told that this was hideously unfair and partisan, especially because, as the Obama administration and its friendly media repeatedly assured us, Garland was a moderate, a nonpartisan straight shooter, a person with a first-rate judicial temperament: honest, just, fair and wise.
What a crock that was.

But Garland went on to spend his entire time as AG demonstrating to anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear that he is anything but honest, just, fair and wise.
Let me be clear (to use an Obama phrase): Garland has been a dishonest, unfair, partisan hack. And none too wise, either.

Can you imagine if they had let This guy get to the Supreme Court???

Obama had Scalia killed to open the slot. Recall that there was no autopsy performed on Scalia’s death and the body was quickly cremated. The timing of the death was just too perfect.

The FBI was already corrupt. But he took political prosecutions to new heights.
In 1998, Mayorkas was recommended by Senator Dianne Feinstein and appointed by President Bill Clinton as the United States Attorney for the Central District of California, becoming the country’s youngest United States Attorney. He was appointed on December 21, 1998.
Political talker Dick Morris told Newsmax: “The H-1B program has been rife with corruption ever since it started under Clinton.
Alejandro Mayorkas was literally working with Hillary’s brother to get H-1B visas issued for a Chinese company that was producing weapons of mass destruction.”
Trump needs to ruthlessly go after all these partisan hacks who subverted justice and cheered on in the anti-Trump zeal.
They will whine and cry about it, but they already did the same to Trump and his supporters. Everytime the media tries to make it an issue, just refer to how Trump and his supporters were treated for 4 years.
