A new lawsuit is raising alarms for health-conscious consumers who thought they were purchasing a safe, natural product. Coca-Cola and its Simply Tropical fruit juice brand are facing allegations of misleading marketing, as the juice reportedly contains toxic PFAS chemicals at levels "hundreds of times" above federal guidelines for drinking water. This revelation challenges the brand's claims of being "all-natural" and has stirred significant concern.

Asbestos and lead are all natural. Arsenic, as well.

So enjoy those all natural products.

And if you like organic vegetables, remember that organic = manure. So wash them well in your chemically laden tap water.

This started back in Jan 2023.

Class action alleges Simply Tropical juice drink contains toxic chemicals
https://legalnewsline.com/stories/638746551-class-action-alleges-simply-tropical-juice-drink-contains-toxic-chemicals
A New York man claims Simply Tropical juice drink is falsely labeled as “all natural” when it contains synthetic and toxic chemicals.

Lurenz alleges in his class action that Simply Tropical juice drink is deceptively labeled as “all natural” when testing has revealed the drink contains polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

Not sure how that lawsuit turned out but this may be their second try.

I’m sure you are aware that it is found in all cancer cells. It has proven deadly to humans in its solid, liquid and gaseous forms.

PFAS are forbidden in bottled water.
But there are no regulations for fruit juices.

I especially like the alternate name “hydric acid”. Hilarious.

Measuring in ppb allows you to find just about anything. Pile that onto gov limits set at barely detectable thresholds combined with JFK style nutcase theories and you will have the average monthly government check dependent Freeper running to the federal government for protection.

Always remember Freepers helped lead the initial COVID panic.

The efforts are working: PFOA levels in people are lower in the U.S. Researchers have seen a 40% decrease in PFOA in blood tested between 2000 and 2010.

https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/what-is-pfas

so current rules are solving the problem but it is still a crises. we neeed more rules, regulations and lawsuits.

it is like covid, it is everywhere and causes every symptom

If you get a chance, try Bumbu. It’s more of a rum liqueur. It makes a wicked Mojito.

How do PFAs get into fruit juice? Is it in the packaging?

It appears RFKjr is right.

The chemicals they are adding to our food products are killing us. And just think, children now eat so much more of the processed foods than we did as children. No wonder childhood diabetes and autism diagnoses have increased so much over the past three or four decades.

A much worse version is anhydrous dihydrogen monoxide. Most people actually breath this stuff everyday and seem to survive it!
