The gun used by the 15-year-old girl who allegedly opened fire in Madison’s Abundant Life Christian School was purchased legally.
Breitbart News reported that the 15-year-old had two handguns with her and WISN noted that Madison Chief of Police Shon Barnes indicated both were legally acquired.
Barnes seemed to indicate that police, with the help of the ATF, have learned who purchased them but will not identify said person at this time for the sake of preserving the integrity of the investigation.
He made clear investigators are seeking “anyone who may have been involved, who may have had some effort in creating this or some part in it.”

Very deceptive by WISN or the police chief.
They might have been legally acquired by an adult but the mentally ill 15-year-old broke the law once they walked out of the house with them. She didn't acquire anything legally.

There are very few firearms that don’t have a legal purchase in their history.
Yeah, whether the firearms were legally purchased was what we were all worried about.
Not that the firearms were used illegally, by someone not legally to possess them.
So clearly we need to confiscate every legally owned and used firearm in country from legally acting United States citizens.

Satisfied? In stead they went to the next step in banning guns, then the next and next....When they thought they had banned A-s-s-sault Rifles they made a grab for single shot .50 Cal rifles. They will never be satisfied till they have all of them banned.
Why are some parents JAILED for their child’s school shooting, and other parents PROTECTED by law enforcement to make sure they are not harassed? Some parents even got ‘high-priced legal Counsel” they obviously could not afford. Very strange...?

Maybe some of the incidents were in jurisdictions with “safe storage laws,” which the parents violated. That could perhaps expose them to jeopardy.

I’m all for that. Wisconsin should prohibit the sale of handguns to anyone under 21 and a rifle to anyone under 18.

Shon Barnes has been hired by Seattle to be Chief of Police.
Since 2020, we have had two incompetent Black Chiefs and one incompetent Hispanic Chief.
One of the Black Chiefs was fired for sexual harassment of female employees. He is now claiming innocence because he is secretly gay!
