The federal government does not have the authority to take out drones spotted over New York and Jew Jersey, according to the head of the Department of Homeland Security.

Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas says that authorities need to be expanded for DHS and its partners to 'incapacitate' these mystery drones.

So these drones use FAA-Compliant lighting and have not caused a single diversion of the incredibly heavy air traffic in the region. Hmmmm.

Would be interesting if one of the politicians in that part of the country were to SHUT DOWN a major airport, due to collision risk and the resulting hazard to people on the ground, as that would likely FORCE Biden’s handers to OWN-UP.
