Agreed, but not in Washington DC. No matter what the evidence - a Democrat will be found not-guilty (and a Republican guilty).

I don't know if it would solve the problem, but Day 1 President Trump should move the DOJ (and other problematic agencies) to some normal States - and then proceed with the charges.
