Jerrell Thomas, described by police investigators as a “habitual criminal,” is under arrest and charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of Oak Park police detective Allan Reddins.
Breitbart News reported Reddins responded to a call Friday morning about a man leaving a bank with a gun and, upon arriving on scene, was shot around 9:30 a.m.
Reddins died shortly thereafter and was the first Oak Park Police Department officer killed in the line of duty since 1938.

A ‘habitual criminal’. If only there was a place for those with such habits.
The judges that let these miscreants run free should be charged with aiding and abetting.
Jerrell
‘The judges that let these miscreants run free should be charged with aiding and abetting.’
Or the prosecutors that facilitate the malfeasance.
“The judges that let these miscreants run free should be charged with aiding and abetting.”
The other habitual criminals in the city, ie. democrat voters, keep electing them because they are democrats and are voting for their own leniency when they eventually get caught.
Yes, Boo Boo, it’s one of them.
“Yes, Boo Boo, it’s one of them.”

Detective Reddins was “one of them,” also, and deserves our respect for giving his life to protect others.
ANOTHER “TARANTULA HEAD”???
Blood on the judges’ hands. Every time someone they let out with a slap on the wrist so much as jay walks, the judge should get the same punishment right along side these habitual criminals. This foolishness will stop soon enough.
There is such a place; it’s called Hell and this perp should be sent there as quickly as possible.
I wholeheartedly agree! This is the solution.
They used to be called persistent felony offenders.
Oak Park? Impossible! Back in the 1980s Oak Park and Morton Grove made the news by banning the ownership of handguns in their cities!

Why not change the inscription on the Statue of Liberty to:
”Welcome to America. We condone and reward illegal activity.”
