I sense one other potential dynamic, and we'll see in a year-ish whether I'm right.

Sanctuary (or whatever someone names them) cities and states will be an immediate draw for illegal aliens residing (illegally, of course) in "red" states. Illegals will head to the sanctuaries as fast as their free plane tickets will take them.

Locals will feel the effects (crime, disease, overcrowded hospitals, over-worked emergency services, etc).

Then comes demands from affected Citizens (even Dems) to send the criminals away; and, next?

Recall, referendums, and ballot initiatives.

GOP challengers will be stronger candidates, and Homan will eventually be able to corral the criminal aliens and send them back to from whence they came.

Maybe too optimistic. Time will tell.

Homan also needs to be extra smart and do everything possible to assist the cooperative "migrants". Once they see that we are going after the violent ones first, millions will be ready and willing to self-deport. We should help them as much as possible. Free bus and air fares, at a minimum. Preferably with one of Kamala's magic $750 checks, since that's all an American needs to survive losing their house in a hurricane. Make it civil and comfortable for the cooperative ones. The time, money, and effort saved will be more than worth those minor expenses. Give them assistance and instruction in initiating the proper paperwork and applications for coming back LEGALLY as well.

The GOP is already at 46% among the Hispanic community. Use this as an opportunity to get above 50%... and then watch the Dems fervently fight to keep the border secure!!
