The Maoists know that their “National Health Service” is Third World in every way so the cheaper,easier way to deal with illness is to just get people to kill themselves.

There are times when this is an appropriate choice. Such a choice should be an individual or family matter. The danger is if a government run health care system, or an insurance company begins making that choice for the person as a matter of financial management and efficiency.
Some of the patients wont be ill at,all. They will be the people who got suckered into seeing therapists and shrinks. The crazy therapies and drugs screw people up to the point of hopelessness. Canada is already murdering people for mental illness.
Are you speaking of how Starmer is cutting the old age heating subsidy and sending the money to Ukraine? London will assist these oldsters in freezing to death in order to keep the Uke quislings rolling in their grift.
When you have a socialize medical system, it’s cheaper to kill off the old and sick instead of taking care of them.
